LAPD Hollywood Division detectives told RadarOnline.com that they arrested 18-year-old Alexis Neirs in connection with the thefts.

Another key figure involved in the alleged capers is Nick Prugo, an 18-year-old man who was arrested Sept. 17 on double felony burglary charges for a pair of celeb-related thefts; one is said to be an Aug. 23 incident in which Lohan's Hollywood Hills bungalow was pilfered of more than $128,000 in jewelry and designer clothes. Prugo, according to prosecutors, was caught on tape twice committing said crimes, both times accompanied by at least one female accomplice. He remains free on $100,000 bail and faces up to six years in state prison if convicted; he is slated to appear in court Nov. 11.
