The war is on, and Jayde Nicole continues to reveal explosive information about Joe Francis in her exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com where she recounts what happened to her at a nightclub at the hands of Joe Francis.  According to Jayde and her lawyer, Joe continues to ignore the law, and his version of the assault on Jayde Nicole is the polar opposite of what is on the security tape.

Jayde Nicole spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com about her vicious assault at the hands of Joe Francis and told us that Joe bragged about being above the law. "You'd better be careful," Jayde said Joe threatened to her friend Abby who is the woman Joe grabbed in the bar and witnessed the assault. "I just beat the government again" Jayde says the Girls Gone Wild founder texted to her friend, implying that he wasn't concerned about any charges that would stem from the assault on Jayde.

Jayde also alleges that Joe tried to tamper with a witness in the case, allegedly texting Jayde's friend Abby and instructing her to use his version of the events when she talks to the police and the media. When the friend refused, Jayde said he came to her friends apartment and Abby had to call the police to get him out of her apartment and her life.

Ronald Richards, Jayde's attorney told RadarOnline.com that "This is assualt with intent to cause great bodily injury."

Jayde told RadarOnline.com that she has had numerous girls approach her and tell her about their experiences with Joe that have been "Terrible, and they don't have the money or the time or the capabilities to be able to take him to court or to seek justice for what happened to them."
