Miley Cyrus is not a girl to be messed with: The 16-year-old told Jay Leno on Wednesday what she would have done if Kanye West tried to pull his VMA award show antics while she was on stage.

"Uh I would have said rude, um disrespectful, and let me finish my speech," Cyrus said. "I'm happy that she got to do that."
West has since apologized for the Sunday night incident at the MTV Video Music Awards, in which he hijacked the stage from Cyrus' pal Taylor Swift, telling her Beyonce Knowles should have won the Best Female Video award instead.
