RadarOnline.com has obtained a mug shot of Philip Garrido, the alleged kidnapper of Jaycee Lee Dugard.

The world has been shocked by the sickening Phillip Garrido kidnapping case involving Jaycee Lee Dugard and their two daughters Angel and Starlet.

But one person who will not be surprised about Garrido’s brutality is Katherine Callaway Hall who was raped and kidnapped by the twisted monster on November 22, 1976.

Garrido, who was aged 25 at the time, eventually pled guilty to forcible rape before receiving a life sentence.

RadarOnline.com Online.com has unearthed transcripts from his Federal Trial on February 9, 1977, in Nevada before Judge Bruce R. Thompson.

His victim, then Katherine Gayle Callaway, gave a chilling account of how 6 ft 4 inches tall Garrido abducted then raped her.

Callaway, who was 5 ft 5 inches tall and 105 lbs, was leaving Ink Al’s Tahoe Market after getting some coffee en route to see her boyfriend whom she was going to have dinner with.

Garrido knocked on her passenger window in the car park and asked her for a lift because he claimed his own car wouldn’t start.

But he then abducted Callaway binding her with a belt and using handcuffs to restrain her as he drove across the state line to his cabin in Reno.

Garrido coldly told his victim that he was ‘just looking for a piece of ass’ and that she wouldn’t get hurt if she complied with his wishes.

When she asked him why he picked her Garrido explained: “It just happened that you happened to be attractive, and that is a fault in this case, in your case you know at this time.”

When Garrido was cross-examined he claimed that he been taking marijuana, LSD and then cocaine, since graduating from High School.

On the night of his horrifying rape he said he had taken four LSD tablets and that this had fuelled his urge for sex.

Shockingly, he told the court that he had ‘fantasy that was driving him’ to do the rape and that he felt that he lived ‘a clean life’ because he did not take part in any other petty crimes.

And shockingly Garrido - who went on to allegedly kidnap and sexually abuse Jaycee Lee Dugard after getting-out of jail – showed little remorse before being sentenced before Judge Roy L. Torvinen on April 11, 1977.

Garrido claimed that it was ‘fortunate that this had happened to him’ because God could now ‘straighten out my life’.
