The 61st Primetime Emmy Awards are Sunday, September 20, followed by the luxurious Governor's Ball where the celebrities unwind and celebrate their wins with champagne, or drown their sorrows with champagne. Either way, they're having a good time at the after party!

Emmy Host Neil Patrick Harris is going to be a guest judge on American Idol this season with new judge Ellen Degeneres

Exclusive access is what everyone wants in Hollywood, so RadarOnline.com spoke with the man behind the Emmy flowers to find out exactly what the stars are going to see at the party. Famous florist Kevin Lee of LA Premier Florist told us, "This year we decided to do something totally different." We give you a sneak peek of the spectacular flower arrangements that are going to be filling the room.

According to Kevin, at the Governor's Ball there will be over 1000,000 flowers, with "orchids from Thailand, Latin grown roses, beautiful coral branches, and pheasant and peacock feathers."

Remember the movie Father of the Bride with Steve Martin? The Martin Short character of Franck is based on Kevin Lee! "It is so much fun," Kevin told us about being known as the inspiration behind the hysterical character. "My nickname is Franck, so I guess that says everything!"
