Court Documents Say Anna Nicole’s Doctor and Howard K. Stern Crushed Up Drugs And Injected The Model

Explosive new court documents unearthed by RadarOnline.com reveal that Anna Nicole Smith’s next door neighbor and psychiatrist Dr Khristine Eroshevich used a fake name to get drugs for the star just before her death.

Even more disturbing the papers claim that both Eroshevich and Smith’s Attorney Howard K Stern would regularly inject the Playboy pin-up with liquid drugs that made her appear drunk and sleep for several days.

Special Agent Danny Santiago - who was assigned to investigate Eroshevich for her part in giving Smith prescribed drugs - made some sickening discoveries during his probe which began in March 30, 2007.

In court papers Agent Santiago writes: “During my investigation I discovered that Khristine Eroshevich had obtained Chloral Hydrate and Clonazepam through fraud and deceit from a pharmacy in Los Alamitos in California.”

According to a coroner’s report (March 26, 2007) Smith died of ‘Acute Combined Drug Intoxication’ of Chloral Hydrate and Clonazepam and other controlled substances.

The agent discovered that Eroshevich was a frequent visitor to Smith’s home in Los Angeles and the Bahamas and that the star used her computer to e-mail drug requests to her psychiatrist.

According to the court papers Eroshevich fraudulently used the name of Charlene Underwood to get drugs while also falsely giving her husband Wesley Irwin’s birth date on the prescription slips too.

Santiago writes: “Charlene Underwood stated that she had never me Eroshevich, is not a patient of hers and has never been prescribed medication including controlled substances by Dr Eroshevich.

“She stated that her birth date is August 19, 1962, not July 7, 1957, which is the date Eroshevich used for the prescriptions.”

As part of his investigation Agent Santiago got access to transcripts provided by two of Smith’s nannies in the Bahamas Nadine Alexie and Quethlie Alexis.

Both nannies confirmed that Eroshevich and Stern were regular visitors to Smith’s residence and Alexis stated they both gave the star medications.

Santiago writes: “Alexis stated that Stern and Eroshevich would crush up pills, heat them, to turn them into liquid, and inject Smith.

“Alexis started that after taking the pills or being injected Smith would be “like you were drinking’, often falling in the house, and sleeping for two or three days at a time.”

As part of his investigation Agent Santiago and his team have seized various computers to examine their hard drives to discover evidence that drugs were obtained illegally for Smith.

In his conclusion the agent states that Dr Eroshevich committed two violations of the California Health and Safety Codes – obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, deceit misrepresentation or false statement, a felony, and two violations of California Penal Code Burglary, also a felony.
