The Jackson family reserved the entire restaurant for the evening, which included an intimate outdoor patio lined with rows of tables covered in white linens, tall trees decorated with blue twinkle lights and tight security.

While the owner and manager stayed mum on the party's details, a waitress at the restaurant told RadarOnline.com exclusively, "it wasn't a sit down dinner. The menu was mostly passed appetizers like bruschetta and shrimp cocktail."

Filet Mignon was also said to have to have been an option.

As guests arrived outside the restaurant, some of Jackson's famous hits played from inside including Bad, and I Just Can't Stop Loving You.

Crowds positioned across the street erupted into screams as actor Chris Tucker, legendary music producer Quincy Jones, Fabio, and the Reverend Al Sharpton all made appearances. Jackson's one-time buddy Corey Feldman arrived with his wife Susie and their young son, who was dressed in a black suit and fedora.

The Jackson family arrived in a motorcade of SUVs and black Rolls Royce Phantoms but rather than pulling up to the valet outside the front of the restaurant where fans and media had full view, the cars carrying the family were escorted into a back parking lot where black curtains allowed the family to sneak into the restaurant unnoticed.

"Why don't they just let him rest in peace?" a security guard working the event told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Everybody is making such a big deal now, but they should have idolized him when he was alive. Now he's gone. I feel like I'm witnessing history, but then it's like, he was just a human being."
