Buzz Aldrin Sues Film Companies

World renowned astronaut Buzz Aldrin, his wife Lois and step-daughter Lisa Cannon, are suing Nevada based film companies Guardian Pictures and Whitelight Entertainment claiming breach of contract and fraud.

In papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court Friday Aldrin discloses that he and his wife invested $200,000 with Guardian and Whitelight with the intent to develop six motion movies.

The movies where never made and Aldrin claims the defendants had no intention of using the funds for the development of motion pictures.

Instead, with the intent to defraud the defendants misappropriated the funds for their own use.

Aldrin was one of the first two men to set foot on the moon in July 1969 as part of the United States' Apollo 11 mission.
