Nicole also states the entire brawl was caught on surveillance cameras.

Ronald Richards, lawyer for Jayde Nicole tells RadarOnline.com, "Jayde filed this lawsuit against Mr. Francis because she wants to expose his exploits of women through his films and violence.

"Francis keeps calling my client a liar, yet the surveillance tape says something else. My client didn't flee the scene like Francis did."

The case is still under investigation by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department.

Ironically, Francis is set to host Lamar Odom's bachelor party Thursday night at Les Deux nightclub in Hollywood.
