BREAKING NEWS: Howard K. Stern Arraigned on 11 Felony Accounts While Anna Nicole Doctors Charged With 6

Over two years since her tragic death, Anna Nicole Smith may finally be getting some justice. The three principles suspected in illegally providing her with drugs which lead to her overdose -- psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, internist Sandeep Kapoor, and attorney Howard K. Stern -- have all been slapped with felony chargnes. Stern was arraigned on all eleven and the two doctors were arraigned on six each. 10:50 am: Court is in recess. A handwriting expert for the DA's office is meeting with Stern and attorneys in private to go over some journals.

10:35 am: Court resumes.

10:20 am: Everyone returns to chambers.

10:00 am: Judge Wesley ordered the DA's office to go through over 1, 100 pages of court documents to make sure the defendant's lawyers had all the details of the witnesses prior to the preliminary hearing. Sadow claims that witness details had been kept from them and that the names of individuals were taken out by the DA's office. Stern is arraigned on all 11 counts and Kapoor and Eroshevich on six each.  All three have plead not guilty.

9:45 am: The trial is starting.

9:27 am: They have handed out a felony complaint. Stern is now named in all 11 counts of prescribing, administering, and dispensing controlled substances to an addict. This is the second amended felony complaint.

9:20 am: Stern and Kapoor chat in open court. Stern looks nervous. Eroshevich is sitting away from them with private investigator John Nazarian.

8:45 am: Eroshevich and Kapoor have arrived in court. The  two (along with Stern) have pleaded not guilty. Stern’s lawyer Steve Sadow is present as are Adam Braun, Eroshevich’s lawyer, and Ellyn Garafalo, Sadeep’s lawyer. District attorney Rennee Rose is also in the room.
