VIDEO: Ryan Jenkins Friends Say Money Was Source Of Couple's Problems

Ryan Jenkins' friends spoke out Thursday on The Early Show about their close friend's relationship with Jasmine Fiore who claim 'the money situation" was the source of their problems.
The Early Show host Chris Wagge introduced Jenkins' friends as Dan and Eric who declined to reveal their last names on the air. Dan said they were witness to many of the arguments between the couple including a time when they couldn't pay for meal because of a canceled credit card.

"The relationship was off and on. Good and bad. They showed affection for each other. The thing that brought it down was the money situation where one didn't have enough to pay for the meal one day."
Host Chris Wagge asked "I thought he was a millionaire?". Eric, who only knew of Jasmine through his conversations with Jenkins replied, "Jasmine had high expectations. He wouldn't be able to satisfy."
Eric further added that Jenkins "was so in love with this girl" that they were in "utter disbelief" when their "loving" and "caring" friend as they described him was accused of the heinous crime. "We never saw it coming. It wasn't the guy I knew."
Jenkins Aunt, Linda Jenkins also spoke on behalf of her nephew from Canada in the same interview and claimed Ryan was not only incapable of such a crime but he was never on the run.
"The whole time he was in contact with police. He gave them his license number. He told them whre he was going. He'd okay'd it. They said it was fine for him to do this."
When Chris inquired about her niece being the blonde woman who checked Ryan into the motel, Linda Jenkins refused to speak about it only saying, "she is devasted by the loss of her brother. I'm telling everybody - leave her alone."
As RadarOnline.com reported, Ryan Jenkins' half-sister Alena Jenkins may have been the mystery blond seen dropping Ryan off at the hotel where he killed himself Sunday.
Investigators said they know who checked Jenkins into the motel in Hope, but won't reveal the woman's identity.
Nor would investigators make any comment about who owns the PT Cruiser witnesses saw the woman driving.
