Kim Kardashian is slated to play herself on an episode of the new FOX sitcom Brothers.

And in an interesting art-imitates-life twist, the 28-year-old reality TV diva will be involved in a storyline that has her confronting an ex-NFL player about an alleged tryst (Kim K recently broke up with New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush after a two-year relationship).

Brothers, which stars ex-NY Giant defender Michael Strahan and Daryl “Chill” Mitchell, premieres Sept. 25 on FOX.
