EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: K-Fed's Trainer Reveals Diet Plan To Help Him Drop 45 Pounds For TV

As Kevin Federline prepares to say so-long to fast food and usher in a new VH1 reality show, his celebrity trainer is spilling his exclusive diet details to RadarOnline.com.

Trainer to the stars Chris Cormier told us he's put K-Fed on a strict high protein, low carb meal plan that includes salmon and chicken, egg whites, steamed veggies and snacks like fresh sushi.

"He eats every three hours," Cormier told RadarOnline.com. "That breaks down to six meals a day, which helps speed up the metabolism."

We've broken down K-Fed's six-meal plan with Cormier. Here's what we got:

Before Breakfast, Federline goes on a three-mile walk.

Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, 6-8 oz of orange juice, 6egg whites and 1 protein shake.

Lunch: 1/2 of a barbecued chicken, fresh broccoli and a side of brown rice.

Meal Three: One 8 oz steak, and all the green veggies he can eat.

Meal four: fresh fish, preferably grilled or steamed salmon and more broccoli.

Meal five: 1/2 of a barbecued chicken and veggies.

Finally, for dinner, Cormier says K-Fed likes eat out, so he recommended

that he order something from the menu that replaces one of his earlier healthy meals: fish, chicken or steak with a side of vegetables.

"I don't let him eat after 10 p.m.," Cormier told RadarOnline.com. "If he needs a snack, he can have all the egg whites he wants or some non fat plain yogurt, but that's it."

And lastly, Cormier inisists that K-Fed stay hydrated. "I have him drinking  a gallon and a half of water every day,"he told us.
