Arriving in a dark suit and with a serious, if not nervous, demeanor, Chris Brown was set to meet his fate on Wednesday at the Los Angeles Superior court during his formal sentencing for his attack on Rihanna. However, the judge asked Brown to return to court on August 27, citing a lack of information from the state of Virginia regarding Brown's 180-day community labor service.

Judge Patricia Schnegg emphasized she wanted to make sure Brown would be doing labor-intensive work. Schnegg did say that ninety percent of what she asked to have done was fulfilled.
