Accused Miley Cyrus Stalker To Face Judge Tuesday

A man who told police he was the secret fiancée of Miley Cyrus, and that she sends him secret messages through her Hannah Montana show, faces a judge in Tybee Island, Georgia Tuesday for a preliminary hearing in connection with charges of attempted stalking, disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer.
His arrest stems from a June incident on the Georgia set of the 16-year-old's upcoming film, The Last Song.

Authorities said Mark McLeod, 53 was taken into custody after he tried to trespass onto the set of the Cyrus film; upon his arrest, an aggressive McLeod allegedly attempted to head butt a police officer as he was being handcuffed, and said, "Expletive you and your rules! I will expletive be with Miley!"
He is currently being held at the Chatham County jail in Georgia.
