Former supermodel Elle Macpherson earned the nickname "The Body" because of her stunning figure -- but it would appear that even she isn’t immune from the dreaded "cellulite curse" that plagues millions of women.

The Australian beauty was snapped with this embarrassing pocket of fat over her right thigh before she went on stage to launch the new Jaguar XJ sports car in London. And to make matters worse the towering mom-of-two was wearing a gold $6,500 Herve Leger mini dress and towering Christian Laboutin high heels at the time.

The actual term for the condition Macpherson is suffering from is know as "creping" which is more prevalent in women who are exposed to sunnier climates and who actually have lower body fat.

Cosmetic surgeon Alex Karidis told The Daily Mail newspaper: “It's an unfortunate picture in that it appears to have captured the exact moment during her walking towards camera when the weight is transferring onto the right leg. It is the moment of impact when the skin is travelling over the leg muscle - you probably would not notice the effect on a very young individual but only because the skin quality would be much better. At the end of the day it just goes to show that age gets the better of everyone no matter who you are.”

The multi-millionaire model paraded around the stage at London’s Saatchi Gallery oblivious of her  saggy skin with comedian Jay Leno by her side to promote the new $120,000 Jaguar XJ which goes on sale next year.

It is understood car fanatic Leno has already put down his name on the waiting-list – maybe Jaguar will get the Australian pin-up to wear a less revealing outfit the next time she promotes their new super-car!
