Attorney L. Londell McMillan, speaking on behalf of his client Katherine Jackson, said that a forthcoming custody agreement revolving around the late Michael Jackson's three kids Prince Michael, Paris Michael and Prince Michael II, will be swift in the making -- and not financially-driven .

"Whatever the agreement will be, it will not be based on money," he said on the Today Show Monday. "What's best for the children is what Michael wanted and what has been happening: Mrs. Jackson to have custody of these children."
