Being Erica returns to SoapNet tonight for its second season. It’s one of those shows that wasn’t really on our radar when it debuted last year but has definitely piqued our curiosity. It’s a basic plot—thirty-something woman not happy with her life and career seeks therapy. Instead she goes back in time and gets to redo key moments of her life that she wished had gone differently. It seemed like a contrived and cliché plot at the time—but now that this show has a second season we are absolutely curious how Erica’s time travel will affect her life—and how her trippy therapist even made it possible in the first place!

Sigh, as much as we should be embarrassed to admit it—we’re flashing a big, teeth whitened grin because there’s a new episode of Toddlers and Tiaras tonight. The stage moms, the anxious pageant coaches, the abundance of spray tans and glitter eye shadow—we just can’t get enough! Tonight, the spotlight is on the Little Miss Glitz pageant in Florida. Ahhh—the name alone is just amazing. Simply amazing!

And, if you can’t get enough of over the top pageant competitions—then we have a sneaking suspicion that American Idol is on our radar too. Tonight, the auditions move along in Orlando, Florida—home of boy bands like the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC so this round will either be a hotbed of talent—or a fabulous parade of freaks—showing off their vocal prowess (or lack there of)!

Leave it to TLC, the network that loves the drama of parenting and pregnancy (hello Jon and Kate Plus Eight and of course, I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant) to premiere a double dose of the new show I’m Pregnant And . . . It’s about expectant parents in unusual circumstances. Episode one follows a pregnant convict as she awaits the birth of her child and episode two follows expectant parents that are heroin addicts but have turned to methadone to kick the habit.

And, the Top Chef: Las Vegas cheftestants reunite tonight on Bravo. They toast winner Michael and get the scoop on what it was really like competing against his brother, why fan favorite Kevin almost quit the competition and why everyone was ready to kill Robyn.

We give thanks on this Thanksgiving Eve for two of our favorite new comedies airing brand new episodes—Modern Family and Cougartown! On Modern Family, everyone gets together for the over-the-top birthday bash that Claire and Phil are throwing for Luke.  The best is Cameron agreeing to put on some make-up (shocker) and make an appearance as Fizbo the Clown! On Cougartown, Jules hosts Thanksgiving dinner where she meets Travis’ girlfriend and Bobby and Grayson discover that they have a common bond.

Glee just keeps getting better and better each week. We love the growing rivalry between Will and Sue. Tonight, Will is convinced that Sue is leaking Glee club information to the competition (which we wouldn’t doubt) so he pays a visit to another club’s instructor (played by Eve) to get the scoop! But, on a side note? Just when will Finn finally find out that Puck is the father of Quinn’s baby? Finn is way too sweet to get taken advantage of—even though we like that Quinn’s bitchy side is finally starting to melt away!

Okay, if you need a true guilty pleasure to escape with after a long day at work—then you really need to start watching TLC’s I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant. Seriously. It’s true stories of seemingly intelligent women who had absolutely no idea they were with child until either they go into labor or a kid just randomly pops out. Tonight, a woman thinks her cramps are the side effects of work stress. Well, imagine her surprise when she arrives at the hospital to find out that, whoops, she’s actually in labor!

Wait, need more TV to just zone out to? Well, there are two new episodes of King of the Crown and an all-new episode of Toddlers and Tiaras. On episode one of King of the Crown, a 12-year-old pageant hopeful finds out that her mom is being deployed to Iraq. So, Cy recruits her step-dad to take over as pageant mom!

It’s the end of the summer…so the pickings are just a little slim as the networks gear up for the big fall premieres in just a few short weeks! Still the reality shows and specials airing tonight especially will get you through till then!

Top Chef: Las Vegas heats things up this week with the show’s first ever battle of the sexes challenge. The guys and girls face off to cater a poolside bachelor/bachelorette extravaganza.

If you’re more into the reality dating genre, then we think you’ll enjoy SoapNet’s Holidate as we’ve been digging it ourselves. This week, an outdoorsy girl from Chicago swaps cities with an intellectual gal from Charlotte to see if they can find love in their respective towns.

And with the recent news that a contestant from Megan Wants a Millionaire is suspected of murdering his model wife—E! explores the world of billionaires and their penchant for attracting crime with Billionaire Crime Scenes: Was it Murder? How fierce is it that America’s Next Top Model has been supersized into 90 minute episodes this cycle? We love every extra minute of drama and cat-fighting that we can get! Tonight, the girls have to pose in the nude for their photo shoot—let the craziness begin! It’s the first episode of the season with an elimination ceremony and Vogue’s editor-at-large Andre Leon Talle joins the judges’ panel.

And, we’re getting down to the wire with new episodes of Ugly Betty before it’s laid to rest in cancellation heaven. Tonight, love in the air when Justin falls for a classmate in acting school while Betty falls for a playwright that she’s interviewing for Mode. We hope this love lasts for Betty as we’re not so keen on the rumors that the show ends with her and Daniel getting together!

It’s a good night if you’re into the variety show genre. The competition heats up at 8pm on So You Think You Can Dance with the top ten taking the stage. And at 9pm, the talented citizens of the United States try their very best to impress judges David Hasselhoff, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan.

And if you’re looking for some real drama and action, The Real World: Cancun is on MTV at 10pm. Now that Emilee and Ayiiia are on the outs after they hooked up, the tension that makes the Real World so addictive after all these years is bound to be so thick you can cut it with a knife.

But, honestly, we think it’s worth staying up late to catch Letterman. He’s got our favorite vampire lover Anna Paquin stopping by to chat and Kelly Clarkson belting out a tune!
