The eagerly awaited new NBC drama Parenthood premieres tonight. Produced by Ron Howard and Brian Grazer (and based on their movie of the same name from the 80s), it focuses on a struggling single mom (played by Lauren Graham of the beloved series Gilmore Girls) who moves back home with her parents. She and her three other siblings go through the challenges of life, relationships and raising kids together.

And we love, love, love Patti Stanger’s no nonsense approach to dating and mating on The Millionaire Matchmaker. Tonight, her flashy client Jimmy D (we met him last season — he’s the one that loves to refer to himself in the third person) returns and promises Patti that he’s super serious about finding love. We shall see! Patti’s other client this evening is computer millionaire searching for a nice, Christian girl!

There’s a lot of great TV on tonight but let’s call a spade a spade—does anything else really matter except the premiere of Lost? It’s the final season, after all, and the die-hard fans that have been beating their heads up against the wall trying to figure out just what this show is all about will finally get the answers they’ve been seeking.

Now, if you’re like us, perhaps you’re a little confused about what’s happened thus far or what the heck happened in the season finale back in May? No worries as the night kicks off with a special called Lost: Final Chapter that recaps the entire series and goes over the questions that have been answered—and those that have not!

And then at 9pm, get ready for the two hour season premiere of Lost.  We don’t have much to tell you except that the episode picks up where last season’s finale left off—the aftermath of the H-bomb detonation. The survivors finally learn “when” they are. And, Emilie de Ravin is on this episode so we’ve got to assume they’re way back in the past? Or maybe an alternate present?  Or altered future? Uh, yeah, we’ve just got to tune in like everyone else because trying to figure any of these things out will just give you a headache!

t’s a new year and if one of your resolutions is to get fit and healthy, well then an all new season of The Biggest Loser should do the trick to inspire you. The ninth season kicks off tonight with the heaviest cast yet and everyone competing in family teams of two. For added motivation before heading off to the ranch, each competitor must step on a scale in front of their friends and family in their hometown.

Discovery Health has Half Ton Teen: Confronting Addiction. Cameras follow Billy Robbins—he once had the distinction of being one of the world’s heaviest teenagers. As he heads on a path to gaining all the weight back, his mother and doctors confront him in hopes to stop his self-destructive eating habit before it’s too late.

There’s truly something on for everyone tonight—from the sultry to the funny to the sexy!  Lets start at the beginning of the night, shall we?

90210 is getting so juicy and addicting that we can hardly stand it!  Tonight, Liam and Dixon plot to take down Annie’s sister (finally) while Adrianna swears to stop using drugs after visiting Navid in the hospital. Just a recap—Jasper pushed Navid down the stairs after he found out that Navid was spreading it around that Jasper’s a drug dealer (which he is) and Annie had to stop seeing him as a result. But don’t worry—Annie sneaks out to be with him tonight. Yes, this Jasper is a great influence!

Last week, Melrose Place’s ratings soared due to the satisfying return of Heather Locklear as Amanda Woodward. Tonight, Amanda moves into Sydney’s pent house—and immediately sets her sights on David. Too bad that he’s getting hot ‘n’ heavy with Lauren!  But when has Amanda ever taken no for an answer?

Scrubs is back for it’s ninth (and most likely last) season with J.D., Cox, Kelso, Turk and Denise back at Sacred Heart for a med-school teaching gig and whole new crop of students to pass along some of  their wisdom.

And, it’s the most wonderful time of the year so that means the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is here! Check out host Heidi Klum’s killer post baby bod, a performance by the Black Eyed Peas and models like Amanda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio and Marisa Miller strutting the hottest lingerie on the runway.

It’s November and that means sweeps, which means all the networks are pulling out all the stops! Tonight, ABC premieres V, its newest drama that’s based on the mini-series from the 80s about massive spaceships that hover over Earth. They belong to an alien race known as “the visitors,” led by Anna who promises to bring peace. We shall see! The series stars Party of Five’s Scott Wolfe (who hasn’t aged a bit) and Lost’s Elizabeth Mitchell.

Remember Monica? You know, she’s one half of the duo (the other was Brandy) from the hit song “That Boy Is Mine?” Well, she doesn’t want you to forget who she is either which is why the R&B singer is starring in a brand new reality series on BET. Monica: Still Standing follows her as she raises her kids and tries to get her career back on track!

And, after a brief hiatus last week, both 90210 and Melrose Place are back with all-new episodes. On 90210, both Samantha Ronson and Pharell guest star while Dixon tells his parents that Sasha is pregnant! And on Melrose Place, David starts to think that maybe he is responsible for Sydney’s death while tension continues to mount between Riley and Jonah . . . yeah, don’t expect them to walk down the aisle anytime soon!

Jackie Taylor is back on 90210 tonight and nastier than ever when Silver runs into her at an AA meeting that she’s attending with Adrianna. We love “mean” Jackie—though rumor has it, her character may suffer from a fatal illness this season. If she’s following the 12 steps, then we’re sure there’s got to be some forgiveness and redemption ahead!

And on Melrose Place, the hunt for Sydney’s murderer gets a little more intense when the police bring in Ella for questioning following a tip from Jane. And Ashlee Simpson-Wentz’s character Violet continues to obsess over Auggie—and sabotages another employee at the restaurant in an attempt to get closer to him. She’s super creepy and totally out there—but we’re kinda starting to dig her awkwardness, we gotta admit!

It’s all about money, power, privilege and prestige tonight on Bravo. First up, the children (yes, they’re children even if their shoes are probably more expensive than your mortgage) of Manhattan’s Upper East Side on NYC Prep unite for a dinner party hosted by driven Camille. Things get a little heated when Taylor needs to choose between her prep school French player Sebastian and her public school jock Cole. Decision ’09 gets a little more heated when the guys meet face to face for the very first time—yikes!

Airing immediately after is the premiere of Miami Social, a new reality show about a beautiful and fabulous crew group of professionals that work, play and play some more in the hottest city on the East coast. The clique includes real estate hot shot Katrina (who you may recognize from the first season of The Apprentice), mortgage banker George who lives in the same apartment building as his ex-wife Sorah. She’s on the show too and doesn’t love being quite so close to her ex as her current boyfriend lives in the building too! With the clubs, restaurants and beaches of South Beach as a backdrop, we know the drama won’t disappoint

We can’t help it. We love those spoiled, precocious, clueless kids on NYC Prep. It’s like a bad car accident that you just can’t turn away from. We know that one day these kids will be hit over the head with a big, cold dose of reality but until it happens we’re here to get out the popcorn and watch the drama unfold. Tonight, Jessie is worried about PC’s constant partying while Camille visits Harvard and tries to convince Kellie that college is like totally awesome.

On Miami Social, which is basically the NYC Prep kids in fifteen years and a warmer climate, George is suspicious of his girlfriend Lina yet again and Katrina takes another step to ending her marriage when she tells Ben that she’s moving to the beach.

There’s also plenty more celeb fueled reality drama with new episodes of Paris Hilton’s My New BFF and Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.
