On FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen, the 10 remaining chefs roll dice to determine the ingredients for their challenge dish—and the winning team gets a trip to Vegas! On Big Brother 11 on CBS, the power of veto ceremony is held and the final ten acts of the top 40 perform on America’s Got Talent over on NBC.

Tonight onn Bravo’s Flipping Out, Jeff’s new assistant is a little rattled by his crazy and constant demands while tensions continue to run high throughout the office as Jeff attempts to run a high end business in a failing economy. On Addicted to Beauty over on Oxygen, Dianne’s relationship with Shannyn and Natasha is strained—but it’s the price they pay to keep others looking beautiful, no? And on Daddy’s Girls on MTV, Angela and Vanessa and Jessica’s plans for a housewarming party are foiled when they discover their new pad has been infested with mice. Gross!
