Cesar Milan has a new episode of The Dog Whisperer and he sure has his hands full. He visits a neighborhood overrun with doggie drama including a German shepherd that bullies other dogs, three hyper huskies and a Labrador that likes to chew things he's not supposed to get his hands on!
