Holmes is donating her performance fee to The Dizzy Feet Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Lythgoe, director Adam Shankman, Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba, and Holmes, to provide scholarships and assistance to talented underserved youth to help them realize their dreams of becoming professional dancers.

This is not the first time Holmes has danced on TV.  Last Fall, she hoofed it up on an episode of ABC’s now canceled Eli Stone.
