Debbie Rowe is making one thing perfectly clear.  She does not want Joe Jackson to be apart of Michael’s kids’ lives.

Sources close to Rowe --Michael Jackson's  former wife and mother to two of his children -- exclusively tell RadarOnline.com that Rowe would like to reach an out of court settlement with Katherine Jackson, but there is one issue that she will absolutely not waiver on, Joe Jackson.

The insider tells RadarOnline.com: "Debbie is absolutely steadfast that Joe Jackson not be involved whatsoever in the children's lives. Michael regaled Debbie with what a horrible father Joe was, and Debbie doesn't want the children exposed to that. Debbie is navigating a minefield right now of emotions, but she will make sure that Joe Jackson isn't involved in their daily lives."

Debbie became very alarmed when comments Joe made to the press about he and Katherine raising them. "She became so upset that she was reduced to tears," Debbie's pal tells us.

Rowe gave birth to two children --Prince Michael (now 12) and Paris (now 11) and then gave custody of the kids to Michael.

It's not known who the biological mother is of Jackson's youngest child, Blanket, now 7.

There's also been speculation that Michael is not the biological father of any of the kids.

The next guardianship hearing is scheduled for Monday, July 20th, and sources tell us that both sides are working feverishly to reach a deal and avoid a lengthy court battle.

A request for comment from Rowe's attorney was not answered. Calls to Londell McMillan, attorney for Katherine Jackson, weren't returned either.
