What is it about John Ratzenberger that attracts so many women and so much bizarre behavior?

It was just a month ago when the actor best known as Cheers dunderhead mailman Cliff Claven went to court for a temporary restraining order against Lindsay McGrail, an ex-girlfriend.  He attached pages and pages of emails to his court request, emails that ranged from strange to scary, but showed John sure got under the skin of Lindsay, intentionally or not!

Lindsay appeared upset that John had reconnected with Catarina Fredrick, a woman to whom he was once engaged. Catarina said she and John are just friends.

One month without any publicized drama in John’s romantic life seems to be the limit because Wednesday night RadarOnline.com and other news organizations received a strange email purporting to be from someone named Charmaine Blake and announcing that she and John were on a date at Cut in Beverly Hills. Charmaine claimed to be a public relations exec so while it may seem strange to announce a date, that’s Hollywood, the land where strange is common place.

But once again things are not what they appear with John. On Thursday RadarOnline.com received another email, saying that Charmaine never sent out the previous email. The new email claims to be from a friend of Charmaine’s and asserts that someone saw John and Charmaine having dinner at Cut and sent out the phony email.

Interestingly the new email reads: “Charmaine Blake and John Ratzenberger are very good friends and I hope everyone will respect their privacy.”

All this romantic angst, turmoil and insanity over Cliff Claven. We remember when George Clooney was the hottest bachelor in Hollywood.  It must be something about a man in uniform, even a mailman’s uniform.
