As she left in the limo just before 2pm she remained tight-lipped as the police made sure that no reporters blocked the vehicle that was provided by the network.

Chase told the AP that Murray shouted to her to go and get Jackson's son Prince around 12 noon so that he could be with him as he treated the star who had reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest.

Her information about seeing Dr Murray with oxygen tanks at Jackson's mansion was first revealed by RadarOnline.com after the website interviewed another chef Douglas B. Jones.

Both witnesses add credibility to the theory that the powerful sedative Propopol played a role in the superstar's untimely death.

Authorities are continuing to investigate Dr Murray as they weigh whether to press charges against him for administering the drug to Jackson.
