If there's one thing we know about the ladies of The Real Housewives of New York City, it's that they're all pretty savvy businesswomen. So when rumors of contract disputes implied dissension among the cast, people wondered if there would even be a season 3.

But in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, NYC housewife Jill Zarin says don't believe the hype.

"I'm definitely coming back. I know Kelly's (Bensimon) already signed her contract. She was the first one to sign on for a third season. I think she signed the thing as soon as they put it in front of her," Zarin confirmed.

However, the notoriously outspoken redhead did confirm that the rest of the cast mates have yet to sign their contracts.

"The ink isn't dry yet, but I can tell you that we're all set on returning," she told RadarOnline.com.  "Bravo released a statement saying they were looking for new cast members and I think people read into that.  I think the show was giving some of the original cast members a chance to deal with their personal lives. LuAnn (de Lesseps) got divorced and had to sell her townhome in Manhattan. She moved her kids out to the Hamptons permanently and put them in school out there. But I know she still wants to do the show."

But the lack of signed contracts still begs the question: Are the housewives holding out for more money?

"It's such a joke what cable pays," she said. "We're not network, we're not union. There's no money in it. I've always said, I don't do reality television for the money. I read a report somewhere that we were getting paid $30,000 an episode and I said, I'll sign that contract right now!  It was so not true.
