EXCLUSIVE: Jon Gosselin New Girlfriend "Drunk. Fell Downstairs Face First" Says Accident Report

Before she fell for Jon Go$$elin, reporter Kate Major fell down a flight of stairs face first while drunk, according to an accident report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

While Jon is facing his own legal battle against Kate The Wife, his new Kate has had her own foray in court. (And we have a suspicion that Jon's divorce battle is going to be a lot more painful that falling down a flight of stairs.)

On February 6, 2006 Kate took a header down the stairs at Tavern on Rush in Chicago and subsequently $ued the restaurant and other$ connected with it. The accident report reads: "Kate was drunk. Fell downstairs. Face first. No witnesses."

She refused medical treatment after 911 was called. But on Sept. 7 of the same year Kate The Ex-Reporter filed a liability law$uit against the company, according to court papers obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

A friend of Kate's told RadarOnline.com that Kate said she fell because she got "roofied" at the bar. But in the court papers Kate blamed the restaurant for not properly maintaining the stair$.

The ca$e wa$ $ettled out of court and term$ were not di$closed.

The friend says Kate has always wanted to be famous and sees Jon Go$$elin as her way to that goal. But Kate says she fell in love with Jon Go$$elin while working for Star and oops, it just happened! The happy couple have been in the Hamptons staying with Michael Lohan. Jon's most recent girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, is brooding in New York.

And somewhere in Pennsylvania a soon-to-be-ex-wife and her lawyers are waiting for Jon...
