UPDATE: Judge Mira ran out of patience waiting for defendant Tozier-Robbins to show up in court.  He issued a new, final bench warrant with a bail amount of $10,000.  The police won't be out there looking for the alleged stalker but if she comes into contact with the cops for any reason -- even a traffic violation -- she'll be arrested and held on $10,000 bail. Deputy D.A. Jason Clouse told RadarOnline.com exclusively, "A new trial date will be set for whenever she comes in."
