EXCLUSIVE: American Idol Judge Weds!

American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi has tied the knot, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. She married, contractor Mike McCuddy, in a beautiful seaside wedding in Prospect Harbor, Maine on Sunday.
Kara has a home in Prospect Harbor.
The rehearsal dinner was held this weekend at the Bar Harbor club.
Kara says it was love at first fight for her and Mike—she met him when he began building a new house next to her cozy, two-story summer place overlooking Prospect Harbor in Maine and she went over to complain it was too close to her’s!
McCuddy, 34, popped the question to 38-year-old songwriter on her birthday in early December.
Mike has also gotten a big thumbs up from Kara’s dad, former New York state Republican Rep. Joseph J. DioGuardi.
Joseph told RadarOnline.com: “It was a beautiful wedding but a very small event, with only family and a few close friends. I was proud to give away the bride.”
Kara will automatically become a step-mom after walking down the aisle; single dad McCuddy, who used to be a school teacher, has a young daughter!
Kara and Mike have left on their honeymoon!
