Doctor: I Denied Michael Jackson's Attempts To Buy Prescriptions

Michael Jackson attempted to purchase prescription stimulants in the Far East only to be refused by the doctor he asked.

"If you take these drugs you will be dead in three years," Dr. Eugene Aksenoff, of Tokyo's International Clinic, said.

The Russian doctor said he treated the late pop star on four different occasions in Japan from 1996-2007.

"I made it clear -- no narcotics," he said. "I told him if he started taking them he would die from abusing drugs in three years -- you take a little bit then you get used to it and need more and more. It is like suicide."
