VIDEO: Lawyer Knew Jackson Would "Wake Up Dead"

Michael Jackson's former attorney Brian Oxman appeared on Fox and Friends Friday morning, where he made startling accusations about the singers prescription drug use.

"I warned everyone that I could, I said to family members that one day, that Michael Jackson was going to wake up dead," Oxman told the morning panel.

He attributes the claim to abuse of prescription drugs on Jackson's part, that his death "was the product of overuse of medications."
"I warned everyone that I could, I said to family members...if we ever had a situation that was similar to the Anna Nicole Smith case, I was not going to be silent."
Oxman said pain motivated the drug abuse, "pain because he broke a vertebrae in his back, because he fell off a stage."

Oxman did indicate that he would "wait to see what those toxicology reports say," as well as anticipate autopsy results before placing official blame on the habit and those around Jackson that may have enabled it.
