Manhattan fashion madness ensued Monday with a range of celeb styles: fierce, King of Pop-inspired structured numbers, upper east side flirty frocks, and edgy punk trendy getups . And the fashion bites weren't limited to the Apple, as stars stepped out internationally, hitting our RadarOnline.com in a fab (or super-duper drab) way.

Pop fashion muse Rihanna was snapped paying a fashion tribute to the King Of Pop in a black and white Gareth Pugh geometric structured jacket, paired with not one, but two oh-so Jacko white gloves as she exited Allegra Versace's birthday party in NYC! Also on her way out of the same Gramery Park Hotel party, Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen funkified her fuchsia mini dress with black vintage cowboy booties and a (intentional?) bed-headed do.

Speaking of Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester was back on set Monday sporting a flirty, Alice + Olivia floral print belted, versatile halter number -- perfect for a shopping day on Madison Avenue or a luncheon in the Hamptons. Sticking to the summer-ready theme, Jewel played no foolish games with her style, the singer-turned-dancer hit up a Trevor project event downtown in a green print halter and platform embellished sandals appropriately accessorized.

MORE ON:
Sandra Bullock

Across the pond, fashion front-runner Marion Cotillard stayed true to her A-list style in a red, satin Vivienne Westwood strapless bustier dress at a London premiere, while Sandra Bullock (fab figure, smile, and personality aside) looked dumpy, frumpy, draped and belted at the German premiere of The Proposal.
