Prince William and Kate Middleton: House Hunting In Malibu?

Could the Hollywood-packed beaches of Malibu, Ca. be getting a royal upgrade?
Reports this morning said Prince William, son of the late Princess Diana, has decamped from his native London with on-again-off-again gal pal Kate Middleton.
And not just for holiday.
Will and Kate are said to have toured a four bedroom home (already sold) in the seaside community, valued at around $8 million, with an agent from real estate firm Bentzen & Levin.

A RadarOnline.com source has even spotted the pair walking the beach of the exclusive gated enclave Malibu Colony.
While its unclear if William is looking to lease or buy, it means big news for the luxe town, where American royalty (film stars) frolic for the season.
