New Michael Jackson Death Scene Details Emerge

Michael Jackson was lying in bed, had a faint pulse and wasn't breathing when his doctor discovered him Thursday at the singer's rented Los Angeles home.

"Mr. Jackson was still warm and had a pulse." Dr. Conrad Murray's personal attorney Edward Chernoff told the Associated Press Sunday. The doctor then immediately began administering CPR, Chernoff said.

He later accompanied the singer in an ambulance to the UCLA Medical Center, where the King of Pop was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m. PST Thursday.
Chernoff also denied various reports that suggest Dr. Conrad prescribed or gave Jackson the drugs Demerol or OxyContin that may have contributed to the singer's death.
Meanwhile, A second police interview with the doctor revealed no information suggesting the physician committed a crime, the Los Angeles Times reported on Sunday.
The Times said an unnamed source close to the police investigation told the newspaper the second interview with Dr. Conrad Murray revealed "no red flag" indicating criminal wrongdoing or the cause of death.
"Investigators say the doctor is in no way a suspect and remains a witness to this tragedy," a spokeswoman for the law firm representing Murray said in a statement that was issued late Saturday after the second interview.
