Inside The Jon & Kate Divorce: It Was Kate Who Filed!

She may show most of her life on-air, but Kate Gosselin is attempting to shield her separation with husband Jon by having their divorce proceedings sealed. RadarOnline.com got a look at the filing Kate made on Monday in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

In a statement on Monday, Kate said that her husband's activities left her "no choice but to file legal procedures" to protect herself and her children. Jon confirmed the decision in his own statement which added, "Kate filed for divorce...My job is being the best, most supportive and loving father I can be to my kids, and not being married to Kate doesn't change that."
