Despite reports that she had a blowout with star Sarah Jessica Parker, prolific costumer Patricia Field is not dropping out of the highly anticipated Sex and the City sequel.

UK mag Grazia claimed that Field quit the project after Parker demanded iconic character Carrie Bradshaw go on a serious fashion diet as a nod to the recession.

Field, who created Carrie's eclectic high-end look, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that she is "absolutely" on board for the next chapter.

"I don't use the recession as a reference for my creativity, true," Field said, " I am furious and had a row with Sarah Jessica  over whatever? False."

"Making up stories is a common mispractice, nothing new," she adds.
