Check out this exclusive lost picture of the late actor wearing a woman’s dress, wig and makeup!

The photo was taken on the set of the 1989 movie Sonny Boy, in which Carradine played a transvestite named Pearl.

Carradine’s third ex-wife Gail Jensen told RadarOnline.com that while dressing in drag was never David’s thing in real life, he did enjoy wearing earrings and had several tattoos and “intimate” piercings.

Is it just us or does someone need a girdle under that polka-dot dress?
