EXCLUSIVE: Justin Timberlake's Name Used in Possible Scam

Justin Timberlake has been drawn into a lawsuit claiming he'd promised to appear in South America last year, and didn't. The singer is not, however, named as a defendant in the case filed June 19 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The plaintiffs, Juan Vala and Roger Vivekanada are claiming that several entities including Art Gamino, Ken Stuart, and Moonlight Live Entertainment promised to deliver the "artist known as Justin Timberlake" for the concerts for the sum of between $650,000 and $750,000. They've now learned that the people they made the deal with had "no relationship" with Timberlake and they're asking for damages of $500,000.
