A woman accused of roving the grounds of Britney Spears' property in Calabasas, Ca. in April has plead not guilty to misdemeanor charges of trespassing and prowling.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins, a former American Idol hopeful, was apprehended by security on the estate with audio visual equipment, wearing military gear and peeping through windows months ago, while Spears was on the opening leg of her Circus tour.

In interviews, Tozier-Robbins has claimed to be making a documentary. A Los Angeles judge indicated a deal could be reached between the 26-year-old and the district attorney.

Tozier-Robbins will appear in court on July 17, where she'll represent herself.
