Katherine Jackson has amended her initial petition to be named a Special Administrator of her son's estate in an effort to force the court's into a rush decision.  She's even offered to put up a $500,000. bond to push things through.

But what seems to be really under the Jackson parents' skin is the reporting earlier Monday that Michael had brought noted attorney John Branca back into the fold three weeks before he died, and that Branca has a copy of a valid will.  Joe and Katherine have consistently maintained that Michael died without such a will.  Branca was Michael's attorney for more than two decades before they parted ways in 2006.  His presence in the battle over Michael's estate ups the ante considerably.
