Candy Spelling has responded to a wrongful termination lawsuit filed against her and the estate of her late husband, TV mogul Aaron Spelling.  In legal papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Spelling claims that former housekeeper Lourdes Serrano’s April 16 lawsuit against her is without merit.

Spelling’s defense motion, filed June 16 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, maintains that her firing of Serrano was “justified” and the housekeeper’s alleged damages are “too vague, uncertain and speculative to permit recovery.” Spelling also questions that the Court even has jurisdiction because she has arbitration agreements with her employees.
