Angelina Jolie is back on Capitol Hill, but the superstar won't be meeting with Hillary Clinton because the Secretary of State broke her elbow and had to cancel all meet and greets .

The 34-year-old megastar mom got snapped Thursday with sons Maddox and Pax arriving via private jet in Washington, D.C.  She's taking a break from shooting Salt to take part in World Refugee Day and to have a little on-air chat on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360.
