LeAnn Rimes and her dancer husband Dean Sheremet have listed their Franklin, Tennessee estate for an eye-popping (in this economy) $7,450,000. The young couple bought a 5.2 acre hilltop property in the gated "Avalon" community and spent the next two years building a showcase 13,380 sq. ft. mansion complete with an infinity salt water pool, yoga room, two kitchens, and in the master bath -- a shower built for two. The pair moved in late last year but had barely time to unpack before LeAnn became the subject of a tabloid story linking her with Eddie Cibrian, her costar in the Lifetime TV movie, Northern Lights. Both LeAnn and the married Cibrian vehemently denied an affair although LeAnn did acknowledge that she and Dean were having a "difficult time."
Fast forward to May 19 at Los Angeles Staples Center where the Lakers were blowing out the Houston Rockets for the NBA Western Conference finals. Spotted together in the arena's bar -- LeAnn and Eddie.
Spokespeople for the Grammy-winning LeAnn declined to comment on just why LeAnn and Dean are selling their estate. RadarOnline.com has learned that Laura Stroud of Fridrich & Clark Realty is handling the listing.
