The man who went public charging his sister was having an affair with Jon Gosselin has more of a troubled past than he has admitted.

Jason Hummell, brother of Deanna Hummel, was involved in a murder, RadarOnline.com has discovered exclusively.

Hummell previously admitted to Us Weekly: "I have a bad past and I'm not proud of it. I was selling drugs. I didn't get a jail sentence, I'm on probation." He detailed allegations of Jon Gosselin's affair with his sister, rocking the reality TV show"Jon & Kate Plus 8."

But what Hummell didn't reveal is he once worked for a drug dealer and was the driver in a murder-for-hire. RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained court papers showing he testified against drug dealers after being charged with three felonies in July, 2006. Prosecutors charged he was part of a Corrupt Organization, possessing and distributing cocaine

Charging documents state that Jason Hummell had been buying and selling drugs since 2000 and became a low level grunt for a cocaine dealer, Peter Borelli.

On November 16, 2004, Borelli summoned Hummell and another man, Alfredo Alicea, a known enforcer. They were sent to an area of Reading, PA to confront a man, Harvey Harris, known as "Face," over a drug debt.

The documents state Hummell testified he drove a black Jeep Cherokee to Sixth and Chestnut Streets at Borelli's direction. Alicea was with him. Hummell and Alicea drove up to Harris, who was talking on the street with another enforcer of the organization, Tommaso Sculco.

The charging documents reveal the murder:

"Hummell parked on Chestnut Street and they both got out of the car. Alicea started walking toward the corner where Sculco had just started talking to the man Borelli had described to them. As he was passing the back of the Jeep, Hummell realized that he had left his lights on and returned to the front of the car to turn them off.  When he came back around the Jeep, Hummell saw Alicea standing on the corner with Sculco and the other individual....  Hummell looked towards the corner and, on the Sixth Street side, saw Alicea shooting the man standing with Sculco. The man fell to the ground and Alicea kept shooting."

Hummell then drove himself and Alicea to his brother's house.

Hummell is now on probation.
