Liza Marquez, the ex-girlfriend and mother of David Caruso's two sons, has laid more claims against the CSI: Miami star--further escalating an ugly civil suit she filed last month.

In exclusive documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Marquez names a former nanny for the couple, Maria Vianey Guadron, as a defendant in the suit, where sources allege that Guadron served as a spy for Caruso.

"I can confirm that an additional defendant has been named in the breach of contract lawsuit against David Caruso. I have no further comment," Marquez's legal eagle attorney Debra Opri tells us.

A source close to the situation says, "Liza had to take this action because she believed that Guadron was spying on her on behalf of Caruso.  Caruso was trying to dig up dirt on her in regards to the ongoing paternity suit the parents are embroiled in."

Marquez filed her original lawsuit against Caruso in April, citing breach of contract and emotional abuse among other charges. The addition of nanny Guardron is an amendment to those charges.

"Liza became very suspicious about Guadron, and presented her with a confidentiality agreement at the end of February when settlement talks broke down with Caruso in the paternity case," our source says.

Guadron was terminated from her post upon refusing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

"Liza believed that Guadron would leak information to the press and to Caruso about the children, and she is only trying to protect them," the source said.

Caruso's motives are monetary, says our insider, adding Marquez currently receives $25k per month in child support and Caruso is out to reduce them.

"David is now attempting to barter his babies for the best deal possible," the source says.
