RadarOnline.com was on hand in Los Angeles Superior Court today, where Peter Falk's current wife and daughter went head-to-head over the actor's fate.

The Columbo star, diagnosed last year with advancing Alzheimer's, has the women in his life squaring off for access to visitation and potentially his estate.

The actor's adopted child Catherine Falk, 38, took the stand today before Judge Aviva K. Bobb, who characterized her testimony as "feisty adolescence."

Catherine accused Falk's current wife Shera of forbidding his her to visit him after a secret hip replacement last year, and of allegedly saying "He never wants to talk to you again."

Catherine claims to have no agenda over his fortune (which, if conservatorship was granted, she'd oversee), one she estimates around $50 million.

Proceedings will resume Monday with Shera, who had no comment outside court today but assured fans that Falk was feeling good.
