All it takes is one look at the new photos of a bikini-clad Britney Spears in the Bahamas to surmise that the pop singer’s Cheetos-eating days are behind her. With her toned abs, flat tummy, and stream-lined legs, Spears is back in shape just in time for summer! RadarOnline.com spoke to Aimet Victoria about how to get a to-die-for stomach!
“This is the best shape we’ve seen Britney in since her MTV snake-around-the-neck body,” Victoria says. “She’s been able to get in great shape because she has been on tour for so many months. All that dancing and having her rev up her metabolism and eating right and you see the results! It’s a lot of dancing, sweating and moving going on! “
So how do you get those results at home? Try this gym moves Victoria swears by:
-Start with 20 Hanging leg raises. If you can’t do straight leg then do bent knees.
-Then 15 Swiss ball double crunch( where the ball is held in between your knees hands behind your head to support your neck and think of an accordion- legs go out then come in while you bring your upper body to meet in the middle) exhale on top and repeat.
-1 minute plank
-15 bicycles (But you must hold your contraction for a count of 3 then switch) people try to rush through this exercise but if you can slow it down and concentrate on the contraction you will have a much better exercise:)
Now repeat 4 times!
