Meanwhile, Fawcett was released just a week after RadarOnline.com was first to report that she was hospitalized in the Los Angeles area. She has been battling anal cancer, which her doctor said has now metastasized to her liver.  Despite her fighting spirit, the survival rate for metastasized liver cancer is extremely low, according to official statistics.

Sources told RadarOnline.com that she is aware her son Redmond has been jailed again on drug charges and is extremely upset.  Redmond was arrested last week while trying to visit a friend in jail after police found heroin on him.

RadarOnline.com has also learned that Redmond's father, Ryan O'Neal, is not planning to attend his son's court hearing this morning . He has refused to bail out his son and, at first, nobody wanted to stress Farrah as she waged her cancer battle.  Sources said she was eventually told about Redmond.
