Swine Flu Hits Hollywood

Swine flu, the deadly and potentially pandemic disease that has captured national attention, has made its way to Hollywood.

For starters, RadarOnline has learned that MTV reality staple The Real World wrapped the filming on their 22nd season on April 17 in Cancun.

That's 7 able-bodied cast members and countless crew vulnerable to the disease while taping the series on the coastal city, not far from the first reported case in Oaxaca in Southern Mexico.

Then Universal Studios--who is said to be rethinking a proposed summer shoot of their drugs blockbuster Cartel, slated to film in Mexico City. The movie reportedly has Oscar winner Sean Penn attached in the lead role.

Not to mention several huge names have hit the sunny spot for holiday in the past weeks.

Bruce Willis and new bride Emma Heming were spotted lounging in Mexico last weekend, while Kourtney Kardashian rang in her 30th birthday in Peurto Vallarta last week with sisters Khloe and Kim, as well as footballer Reggie Bush.

The US government today urged Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to Mexico out of concern for the swine flu outbreak - so far there have been 69 confirmed cases in America.
