Megan Fox Eyeing An Ocean Move

Transformers star Megan Fox could be set to re-ignite her love life and make a property killing too!

The hottie has been spotted viewing properties in the ritzy Ocean Avenue district of Santa Monica with her on-and-off boyfriend Brian Austin Green, 35. Besides the romantic reunion, one other bonus is that according to a real estate, the actress could make a lot of money by buying in the desirable enclave where Larry Hagman and “The Rock” Dwayne Johnson both own condos (Britney Spears also once had a place there!).

Simon Salloom told RadarOnline: “It is a fantastic address because of the amazing Pacific Ocean views and you are so close to Santa Monica and Montana Avenue. The properties there vary from 1.5 million to high end penthouses at $7million but there are definitely good deals to be had and it would be a secure investment when property prices bounce back.”

“In many ways Ocean Ave is one of the most desirable locations in LA County. It is like a mini-New York because there are so many amenities and a lot of people prefer that to other beach resorts that are more remote.”

Fox has always been a nature lover (and once had digs in the Pacific Palisades) and is attracted to the fact that the location is so close to the beach and that she can stay in shape by hitting the six mile bike path that runs along Pacific Coast Highway. The actress definitely has the cash for the ritzy address- she reportedly got at least $2 million for reprising her role of Mikaela in Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen.
